A WILSONTON showroom and warehouse in Toowomba has been leased by Darling Downs Harley Davidson.
Harley Davidson dealer Mark Harris secured the property at 329 Taylor St Wilsonton in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s Craig Bradley and Peter Marks.
Bradley said the 760 sqm building was recently upgraded by the new owner and also enhanced by the incoming business to promote the iconic branding.
“This was a great opportunity to secure a holding in the heart of the Wilsonton Industrial Estate, which is the premium industrial area in Toowoomba on the doorstep to the Darling Downs.
“Darling Downs Harley Davidson will feature motorcycle sales and servicing plus include a comprehensive range of spare parts,” Marks said.
The tenant has signed a five-year lease at net rental of $105,000 per annum.
