BEDDING and mattress retailer Forty Winks has opened its first Ipswich store, having committed to 500 sqm space within the Ipswich Homebase large format retail centre.
It will pay $300 per sqm gross on a five-year deal with five-year options at 339 Brisbane Street in west Ipswich from Sentinel Property Group.
The Ipswich Homebase covers 2.68 hectares and has a gross lettable area of 12,903 sqm and more than 200 car parks.
Tenants include IGA, Fantastic Furniture, Spotlight and Chemist Warehouse.
