MOBILE payment services provider Verifone Australia has signed a 5+3+3-year lease over an expansive corporate facility in Melbourne’s Tullamarine.
It will pay $360,000 per annum at $77.62 per sqm for the 4,365 sqm building, which has a first floor office of 1,825 sqm with partitioned and open plan space and a high-clearance warehouse.
The 122-124 Melrose Drive property has a frontage of almost 100 metres and on-site parking for around 75 vehicles.
Anthony Carbone of CVA negotiated the deal, while the new tenant was introduced by Colliers International.
Verifone manufactures, distributes, and provides support for point of sale services.
