THE NSW government has approved a new residential aged care facility for Bulli Hospital.
The new 60-bed aged-care unit will form part of the upgraded Bulli Hospital. Proposed works also include demolition of an existing building and a ground-level car park.
Department of Planning and Environment executive director of priority projects, David Gainsford, said the facilities provide further investment in regional public infrastructure and will create 43 new employment opportunities during the construction and operational stages.
