DEVELOPER Third.i and Phoenix Property Investors’ (PPI) $180 million sold out Balfour Place project in Lindfield has officially topped out.
Located on Balfour Street, around 13km north-west from the Sydney CBD, Balfour Place will comprise 59 Rothelowman-designed apartments on top of 4,500sqm of retail and hospitality spaces, including a new Coles supermarket.
With structural works now complete, the develop is due to be completed by Conquest by early 2025.

Balfour Place launched to the market in April 2022 and sold out in weeks, with first home buyers and young families drawn to the collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private courtyards.

The project will also include more than 230 car spaces across two levels, with the Coles to be double the size of the previous offering with a Liqourland and heritage commercial space fronting the Pacific Highway.
