A FIVE-bedroom Bellevue Hill house in Sydney’s inner-east has reportedly smashed its price guide, selling for around $27 million.
24 Bulkara Road in Bellevue Hill has sold prior to auction, exceeding the price guide of $24 million to $25 million given from Jacob Hannon of Laing + Simmons Double Bay.
Set on a 794sqm block and owned by property developer Hua Chen, the 650sqm house spans three levels with six bathrooms, a four-car garage, private level gardens, a pool, home theatre, gym, infrared sauna and jacuzzi.
The luxury family residence sits just 5km from the Sydney CBD and within close proximity to The Scots College & Cranbrook School, Ascham, Kambala and Kincoppal-Rose Bay schools, as well as Double Bay village, Rose Bay’s harbourfront marinas.
The home last sold for $4.15 million in January 2015 and had failed to sell two years back with the steep guide of $35 million.
Though down the street on a larger block, 57 Bulkara Road sold to F45 co-founder Rob Deutsch for $37.5 million in December 2022.
Bellevue Hill continues to draw in top end buyers, with the $76 million federation estate, Leura one of the top sales of 2023.
While 22 Ginahgulla Road in Bellevue Hill also eclipsed its reserve, with the Tzannes Architects-designed home selling for more than $18 million.
