ANOTHER Bellevue Hill home has sold for a top price with the Rosselli-designed 16 Suttie Road selling for $22.75 million to a leading Australian fashion couple.
MESHKI co-founder, Shadi Kord, and her husband founder of Lè Baus, Bayan Fanaeyan, purchased the six-bedroom, five-bathroom circa 1920s residence on a 900sqm block with a double garage and two electric vehicle fast chargers, plus a rear driveway with additional parking for one.
Designed by renowned architect Luigi Rosselli, the property includes front and rear gardens by Will Dangar, alfresco dining, built-I BBQ, pool and spa with Enviroswim freshwater system, a home office and theatre system.
This in addition to a built in daybed with cantilever umbrella, outdoor hot/cold shower, a cabana with bifold doors to pool area, concealed 75″ 4K UHD TV and a gym on the first floor.
The property was listed with $23 million expectations by CEO of Investors Mutual Damon Hamble and his wife, designer Philippa Haydon.
With Ashley Bierman, Elliott Placks and Adam Reichman from Ray White Double Bay managing the sales campaign.
The couple has held the property for 14 years when they purchased the then-unrenovated home for $3.7 million in 2010.
While in May, another residence in the inner-east Sydney suburb smashed its $24 million to $25 million price guide, selling for around $27 million.
Bellevue Hill also recorded some of the top sales figures of 2023 with the $76 million sale of federation estate, Leura, and with the sale of Tzannes Architects-designed home at 22 Ginahgulla Road selling for more than $18 million.
