Building Ontario Fund has named Michael Fedchyshyn its first chief executive, effective Nov. 12.
He joins the fund from Invest Ontario, where he served as interim CEO. He has over 20 years of experience leading corporate development, infrastructure investing, structured finance and public-private contracting.
Fedchyshyn also previously held senior positions at Infrastructure Ontario, where he managed the development of priority initiatives, including the program for transit-oriented communities.
As CEO, Fedchyshyn will help advance infrastructure development within the province as the fund invests in critical infrastructure projects.
