CBRE has added a team of brokers formerly with Colliers in Quebec City.
Patrick Soucy, who spent the last 17 years at Colliers, joined as an executive vice president. William Grenon, Maxime Paquet and Maxime St-Pierre joined as associate vice presidents.
The team focuses on office and industrial sales and leasing. In the last eight years, they have worked on 600 transactions valued at $480M.
CBRE’s Quebec City team also includes Philippe Lambert, who was promoted to vice president this year, as well as a valuations advisory services team and a debt and structured finance team.
The firm is opening an office at Place de la Cité on Laurier Boulevard.
