CBRE executive vice president Mark Sparrow took the reins of the firm’s institutional hotels group in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut on June 1.
Sparrow will be responsible for leading and growing the institutional hotel business in his new market.
He’s in the process of relocating to New York from Toronto, where he most recently was head of alternative assets in Canada.
Sparrow rejoined CBRE in 2020 following a stint at JLL, where he was a national practice leader in the Canadian hotel group.
