CBUS Property has launched the residential component of its $1.25 billion 447 Collins Street development in the core of Melbourne’s CBD.
Often referred to as the “Pantscraper”, owing to its unique design featuring twin towers joined from level 34 by an eight-level skybridge, the Woods Bagot-designed mixed-use development will feature 202 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments to go with a five-star hotel and commercial component.
There will be 139 apartments in the eastern tower, above the hotel, and 63 across the skybridge in the top six levels of the west tower.
The residential offering is made up of 51 one-bedroom apartments from 50sqm to 81sqm and priced from $490,000; 109 two-bedroom apartments from 88sqm to 144sqm from $950,000, and 39 three-bedroom apartments from 135sqm to 283sqm, beginning at $1.56 million.
There will also be three penthouses, located on levels 38 and 39.
The sky bridge will include the residential amenities, including a pool, gym, yoga studio, private wine cellars, residents’ lounge, two private dining rooms and catering kitchen.
