Harrison Demone was recently promoted to vice president at Cedar City Developments, Green Street News can reveal.
Demone is based in Toronto and reports to Steven Silverberg, president of the company.
Demone, who has been with the firm since 2020, told Green Street News his objectives in 2025 include identifying and pursuing land and commercial development opportunities that align with market conditions, planning objectives and Cedar City Developments’ long-term growth strategy.
He also aims to strengthen the company’s commercial and mixed-use portfolio and advance planning approvals across their residential land portfolio, including urban boundary expansions, secondary plans and major site and subdivision applications.
