CENTRO has put the neighbourhood shopping centre in Croydon, east of Melbourne CBD.
Colliers International is marketing the prime retail investment in Croydon which is expected to fetch in excess of $30 million.
Colliers’ Victorian director of retail investment sales Lachlan MacGillivray said the shopping centre holds significant long-term value.
“We expect that there will be very strong interest from both local and national private investors and syndicators.
“There have been limited opportunities to purchase quality neighbourhood shopping centres in metropolitan Victoria and Centro Croydon represents one of the best opportunities seen to date,” he added.
Centro Croydon is a modern single level neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by Coles and Aldi supermarkets.
Located approximately 27kms from the Melbourne CBD, Centro Croydon comprises 9,757 sqm of gross lettable area including 29 specialty stores, three kiosks, four ATMs and a 4,408 sqm Coles supermarket and 1,342 sqm Aldi supermarket.
