A CHILDCARE operator has bought a prominent corner site at 1066 Centre Rd, Oakleigh South for $2.8 million.
The 3,291sqm property comprises a single-level 560sqm building.
Knight Frank’s Stuart Gill and Tom Ryan negotiated the off-market deal on behalf of a private investor.
“We are seeing an increase in demand from childcare operators to both purchase and lease site suitable for the use,” Ryan said.
