Clifton Blake and Wilkinson Construction have merged to form CB Wilkinson.
The new development and management firm aims to deliver projects faster with lower costs by better aligning development and construction priorities. It will focus on urban infill, mid-rise and multifamily mixed-use properties in up-and-coming, high-growth, transit-oriented communities in the Greater Toronto Areaw.
Wes Myles, former president of Clifton Blake, is leading CB Wilkinson as CEO. Jeff Wilkinson, former president of Wilkinson Construction, is president. John Wyman is executive vice president for development and operations, and Rob Romeo Sr. is executive vice president of construction operations.
