CN has agreed to move its headquarters into 440,000 sq ft at Kevric’s 600 DLG in downtown Montreal.
The company will occupy the first 18 floors of the tower, which is being redeveloped. CN’s 20-year lease starts in 2028, but it will begin relocating some operations in 2026.
Other tenants in the property, at 600 De La Gauchetiere Street West, include Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Logistec and Alten Canada. The tower is now more than 80% leased, with only the top five floors available.
Kevric bought the building in 2019.
