Colliers International has boosted its existing national health and aged care business Colliers International Healthcare and Retirement Living.
The division has recently been enhanced to 10 operators nationally with the appointment of Paul Moschione as national valuation director, David Ismay as associate valuation director and the internal appointment of Roger Klem as national agency director.
The recent sale negotiated by Klem of 14 retirement villages for a reported $52 million comprising 1,300 beds across three states to FKP is testament to this trend.
Moschione has 17 years experience in this sector.
