Colliers Engineering & Design Australia has agreed to buy Western Australian engineering firm Pritchard Francis Consulting, enhancing the brokerage’s position in the country.
The firm will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design. Pritchard Francis’ senior leadership team will continue to lead the firm and become significant shareholders in the Colliers Engineering & Design Australia platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close by yearend.
Pritchard Francis Consulting provides civil and structural engineering, design and related consulting services to clients in the transportation, property, land development, industrial, mining and resources, and public infrastructure sectors.
John Kenny, chief executive of Colliers Asia Pacific, said: “Following our successful expansion into New South Wales last year, this investment accomplishes another strategic objective in our goal to become one of Australia’s premier engineering consulting firms.”
Colliers acquired engineering and design firm Craig & Rhodes in 2023.
