COLLIERS has promoted Rebecca Pelling and Anneke Thompson to national lead roles.
Thompson has been appointed as the national director of research following the departure of Nerida Conisbee and Rebecca Pelling as the head of project services. Both will join the national senior leadership team.
“Anneke began her property career 12 years ago and in that time has gained experience across many facets of commercial property including leasing, consultancy, research, feasibility analysis, forecasting and financing,” Colliers national executive director Will Doherty said.
“In her four years with Colliers International, Anneke has built a strong reputation as a trusted and respected advisor to colleagues and clients alike and a sought after industry presenter.
“We are proud to nurture the growth and development of our people and we are thrilled to welcome Anneke to her new national role,” he added.
Occupier services managing director Doug Henry said Pelling is a highly respected engineer and project manager and acknowledged as an industry leader in the profession.
“Project services is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, with Rebecca ideally placed to lead the team and provide national support and direction.
“Rebecca commenced with Colliers International as a project manager in 2009, was promoted to an associate director in 2011, NSW director of projects in 2013 and then national director of project management in 2015.
“I’m delighted that we have someone of the calibre of Rebecca in this critical, client-facing role,” Henry said.
