A SUBSTANTIAL Rosebud site with a permit for a 64-apartment high-end aged care development has changed hands for $4.9 million, at a land rate of $930 per sqm.
The 5,264 sqm site at 23-27 Rosebud Parade has a General Residential zoning and 51 metres of frontage.
Approved plans allow for a retirement village with independent living units over three levels and internal amenity including café, restaurant, residents’ lounge, gym, conference centre and sports bar.
The zoning allows for alternative aged care schemes, as well as apartment or townhouse developments.
Ted Dwyer, Jeremy Gruzewksi and Mark Agius of Colliers International sold the property via expressions of interest.
