Crestpoint Real Estate Investments has hired Scott Antoniak to be executive vice president and head of investments, Greet Street News can reveal.
The 30-year veteran took on the new role on March 3, reporting to chief executive Kevin Leon.
Based in Toronto, Antoniak will lead the investment team and Crestpoint’s growing portfolio of real estate assets.
Antoniak made the move from Slate Asset Management, where he departed as managing director. He was chief executive of Slate Office REIT from 2015 to 2020.
Previous to Slate, Antoniak was executive director of real estate investment banking at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
