DEAKIN University’s corporate education arm is the latest tenant to sign up to billionaire developer Lang Walker’s $2.5 billion Collins Square development in Docklands.
Deakin Prime is moving from its current 550 Bourke Street location in Melbourne’s CBD to 4,500sqm over two levels on a 10-year deal in the development’s Tower Two.
The recent signing of Transurban allowed the developer to begin construction on the $440 million Tower Five of the complex.
