A 4-acre plot of land in West Vancouver has hit the market hoping to bring in $27.8m.
The development land at 4140 Cypress Bowl Road sits vacant in one of the most expensive regions of Canada. Royal Pacific Realty has the marketing assignment.
The campaign touts the property’s proximity to Cypress Village, a 350-acre mixed-use community planned for the region. Cypress Village will include retail, office and residential developments.
Zoning offers a maximum buildable area of 80,000 sq ft on the vacant property, which is just north of Highway 1. Its location offers ocean views, and it is positioned just 2 km south of the Cypress Mountain and Hollyburn ski areas.
The Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal is 6 km to the west and the resort community of Whistler is 90 km north.
