Roughly 430 acres of development land on the outskirts of Calgary is on the market for $32.5m.
The McKnight lands, in the Conrich area of rural Rocky View County, comprise three industrial parcels at the intersection of Stoney Trail and the Trans Canada Highway. The valuation works out to about $76,000/acre.
Colliers has the marketing assignment on behalf of an unknown vendor.
The vendor will consider selling the parcels together or separately, marketing materials said. The land can be used for commercial or industrial development.
The land is about 9 km from Calgary International Airport and 12 km from downtown Calgary. It is also 2 km from well-populated suburbs such as Marlborough and Saddle Ridge.
