Colliers has the marketing assignment for 1548 Montée Masson. The 1m sq ft parcel comes with approved plans for a 476,000 sq ft facility with 40 ft ceiling heights. The space would be divided into 100,000 sq ft units.
Brasswater designed the proposed facility to include extensive vehicle accommodation, with parking for 67 trailers and 267 cars. The facility design incorporates 76 truck-level and/or drive-in doors, positioning the site for significant logistics or manufacturing operations.
Laval, just north of Montréal, offers strategic advantages for industrial users seeking access to major transportation routes and the Greater Montréal market. The site provides quick access to arterial routes, with Highways 19, 25, 40 and 440 all within 5 km.
