The 12th floor of a new office building in Downtown Vancouver has been put into play for $21.5m.
Finished in 2023, the 12,000 sq ft space at 320 Granville Street is the last full floor available in the 30-storey, AAA-class tower.
Cushman & Wakefield has the marketing assignment for the floor in the LEED gold certified building. It is currently in shell condition, the campaign says, making it ready for fixturing by a tenant.
The campaign is geared toward owner-operators and touts the building’s location near Waterfront Station, the largest transit hub in the city, and its stunning views of the North Shore and Burrard Inlet.
The building also is near Canada Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre and the pubs, restaurants and shopping in the Gastown neighbourhood.
The property comes with nine parking stalls and access to a sky terrace with grills.
