Daniel Fletcher has joined Dream as a senior vice president of asset management, Green Street News can reveal.
In his new role, Fletcher will work with the industrial team to drive investment results and will be involved in the expansion of Dream’s global asset management business, including both new and existing investments.
Fletcher hails from Starlight Investments, where he spent six years overseeing U.S. residential investments, most recently as a senior vice president. Before that, he was a director of investments for Cadillac Fairview. He brings more than a decade of real estate investment experience and has worked on transactions in Canada, the U.S. and Asia.
Founded in 1994, Dream develops office and residential assets in Toronto. The company also owns properties in the U.S. and Canada. It has $24bn of assets under management across four TSX-listed trusts, a private asset management business and many partnerships.
