EStruxture is investing $750m to develop a 90 megawatt data centre in Alberta’s Rocky View County, north of Calgary.
CAL-3 is slated to be a tier III data centre that will support cabinet densities of around 125 kilowatts. The facility will be suitable for high-performance AI applications and hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
The project is expected to be complete by fall 2026.
