NEWSLINK Pty Ltd has secured a 1,368 sqm office warehouse in Sydney’s Rosebery suburb on a five-year lease.
CBRE’s Mark Silva and Nathan Egan negotiated the deal at $140 per sqm net plus GST on behalf of Hamlove Pty Ltd.
Located at 6-10 Durdans Avenue, 6km from the Sydney CBD, the property comprises a 1,539 sqm warehouse and 352 sqm office showroom.
Silva said that Newslink needed to move as they had outgrown their former location.
“The property will be used for warehousing/distribution and sales office,” Silva said.
