At 8558 Cornish Street, the units also have frontage on bustling Granville Street. Sutton Group-West Coast Realty has the marketing assignment.
The podium, built in 2014, is part of a larger development with a Safeway grocery store and two residential towers, neither of which are included in the sale.
All five retail units, comprising 11,000 sq ft, are tenanted, with a BC Liquor distribution branch occupying one of the spaces.
The property is 7 km south of downtown Vancouver and 3 km from the Vancouver International Airport. Marine Gateway SkyTrain station is less than 2 km from the location.
