A FOOD wholesaler has paid a whopping $1.375 million for an office warehouse property at Boronia in Melbourne's eastern suburb.
Located at 34-6 Wadhurst Drive, the property comprises a two level office block with 492 sqm of space.
Selling agent, Crabtrees Real Estate director, Gavin Dumas said the property which is a free standing building complex of 1,395 sqm in total sits on a 2,040 sqm site and holds an Industrial 1 zoning.
“This property has been very well maintained and was offered with vacant possession as the previous occupier, a veterinary sciences company, had removed its laboratory facilities and fitout prior to the auction,” he added.
