G2S2 Capital has purchased a mixed-use property in Calgary from Oxford Properties, RENX reported.
Bow Valley Square, at 205 5 Avenue SW, spans 1.4m sq ft of office, retail and commercial space. It comprises four towers of 17, 32, 37 and 39 storeys, according to RENX.
Amenities include a fitness centre, a lounge and a conference centre, as well as coworking space, childcare facilities and 800 parking spaces. It has access to the +15 skywalk and CTrain systems.
The property is designated LEED platinum.
The company, which bought the property under its Armco Alberta banner, said the deal is part of its growth strategy. It also will look to improve the tenant experience.
