GPT has decided to take up its full entitlement in GPT Wholesale Office Fund’s latest $400 million capital raising.
GPT will invest approximately $136 million to maintain the group’s weighting in the fund at approximately 34%, assuming $400 million is raised.
GWOF is the largest unlisted Australian office fund, with interests in 15 assets and a total value of approximately $2.9 billion.
The fund recently acquired 50% in Grocon’s 163 Castlereagh St office development in Sydney.
