FIRST Nations owned and operated Henderson Gallery has leased the 489 sqm basement space at 300 Adelaide Street in Brisbane’s CBD.
Daniel Pacton of Savills brokered the five-year lease with options on behalf of LHS Property, which had recently refurbished the space.
The Henderson Gallery is owned by Robert Henderson, Wiradjuri, and focuses on First Nations art experiences for domestic and international visitors, offering exhibitions, First Nations-influenced menus in Birrang Café, a wine bar, and live performances.
The Gallery has also leased a 159 sqm suite within the building for their not-for-profit foundation, The Wayne Weaver Foundation.
