REAL estate agency Hockingstuart is launching a new division, as the leading Victorian real estate group enters the property development space.
Focusing on acquisitions, subdivisions, built-form projects and land and home packages, Hockingstuart Land Projects will be led by Raymond F. de Weerd and Marc Raiti.
“We’re excited to move into the property development arena. This is a fantastic opportunity for our group to expand our reach and offer services including land development, project marketing, house & land packages and investment dwellings, all of which play such an important role in the property and real estate industry,” said Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Hockingstuart.
The new division will provide marketing campaigns for developers, in addition to connecting buyers and investors to land sales.
“Our goal at Hockingstuart Land Projects is to champion win-win outcomes for landowners and developers alike, and in doing so, create innovative and dynamic property experiences that move our industry forward,” said Raiti.
In founding Hockingstuart Land Projects, de Weerd and Raiti will bring together their 70 years of combined experience.
“Marc and I are thrilled to be partnering with such a well-known Victorian brand and the unique opportunities this presents,” said de Weerd.
“As part of the national Hockingstuart and Belle Property network, Hockingstuart Land Projects stands to benefit from the collaboration and referral opportunities across its 160-strong offices, and access to a national database to leverage infrastructure, resources, systems, and technology to deliver multidimensional sales and marketing strategies.”
While Hockingstuart Land I Projects is currently a Victorian operation, the division plans to eventually expand into the rest of country.
