An unnamed Ontario seller is asking $494/sq ft for the 131,000 sq ft property, at 8069 Lawson Road in Milton. The property is adjacent to the James Snow Parkway, which connects to the Highway 401 transportation corridor.
A buyer could assume the property vacant on closing or continue with the tenant, trucking operation Grey Express. Royal LePage Real Estate Services has the marketing assignment.
The building has a nearly 23-foot clear height and three indoor truck-level doors. Office space comprises 10% of the property. About 8 acres of the 14-acre site is gravel truck parking.
According to Green Street’s Sales Comps Database, Milton has seen a number of transactions over the past few years.
