The 1,234 sqm site at 34 Tallebudgera Creek Road on the Gold Coast has a 508 sqm two-level building occupied by a dentist, midwife, yoga studio, café, children’s boutique and real estate agency, returning a combined $193,000 per annum plus GST, net of outgoings.
Tony West and James Borbidge of Lacey West marketed the property, which was the first time it had been offered for sale.
The property is positioned in the West Burleigh township and has a frontage of 25 metres to Tallebudgera Creek, and is close to Martin Sheils Park and the Pacific Motorway.
