The property was built in 1984. Tenants include Queens Pharmacy and Solid State Realty. The roof, windows and air conditioning units were recently replaced. There are 50 parking spaces.
The sale includes over a half-acre of land with development potential. It’s zoned MU-2, allowing for uses including a financial establishment, a school, a hotel, a restaurant or a medical laboratory.
