A LOCAL developer has acquired a 3,077 sqm corner site in Brisbane’s north western suburb of Enoggera for $1.8 million.
JLL’s Sam Byrne and Andrew Havig sold 347 Wardell St and 185-197 Samford Rd, which is zoned for low to medium residential and has over 125 metres of frontage.
“The successful purchaser was drawn to the site’s prominent location, expansive site area, potential development outcomes and value-add opportunities vis improving the access and the approved development outcomes available,” the agents said.
