A 5-acre land assembly in Metro Vancouver is on the block for $25.9m.
The two-property parcel at 17372 96 Avenue in north Surrey is designated for low-rise, mixed-use development. Macdonald Commercial and RE/MAX Blueprint have teamed up on the marketing assignment.
Developments of up to six storeys with commercial uses at street level are permitted for the site, marketing materials said. The property is a corner lot, with 218 ft of frontage on 96 Avenue and 960 ft of frontage on 173A Street.
Just 500 m from Highway 1, the location offers quick access to both Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. It is 30 km southeast of downtown Vancouver.
