MIRVAC has launched a new stage of waterfront apartments at its Rhodes Waterside development.
Tandara will be up to eight levels in three boutique buildings comprising 164 apartments.
Perched on the harbour’s edge, Tandara has 15 one bedroom apartments priced from $465,000. Meanwhile, the 133 two bedroom apartments are priced from $520,000.
Finally, the 16 three bedroom apartments start from $935,000.
Mirvac’s sales and marketing director James Bell said it is expected that the majority of buyers will be owner-occupiers who are moving from the city, north-west and western regions of Sydney and aged between 35 and 54 years.
On completion in around 2010, Rhodes Waterside will be home to around 3,500 residents serviced by Rhodes Shopping Centre, now featuring two full-line supermarkets and more than 100 specialty stores.
