SYDNEY-based finance and development company Moshav Financial are launching their latest luxury residential project in Vaucluse.
Hillside will feature a collection of four architecturally designed houses with harbour views in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, around 8km out from the CBD.
“These residences needed to be designed to reflect and showcase their exceptional location, and so we wanted a design that not only elevated the area, but truly maximised every potential view of Sydney Harbour,” said Tal Silberman, group managing director at Moshav Financial.
“Our goal is to create an address of enduring stature, with residences that are architecturally significant, and which stand as trophy homes for generations to come.”
“It’s not often you have the opportunity to develop a project of this magnitude, so we have also collaborated with partners that we know will deliver these residences to the standard this project deserves.”
The design team for the project will include Italian Architect Luigi Rosselli, interior designer Handelsmann+Khaw and landscape designer Dangar Barin Smith.
The project will include two palatial freestanding six-bedrooms, Terreno (Earth) and Mare (Sea), and two four-bedroom semi-attached residences Cielo (Sky) and Luce (Light).
“Every element at Hillside has been specified to the highest standards, with unique and meticulously crafted features, including sculptural marble benchtops and luxurious bespoke joinery,” said Tania Handelsmann, interior design from Handelsmann+Khaw.
“We’ve sought to bring the project vision into every detail of the interior design, to create a polished yet accessible brand of heritage-informed elegance, with cleverly curated furnishings, surfaces and details adding further depth, charm and classic romanticism.”
Eddie Mansour, managing partner at Ray White Projects has been appointed as the selling agent for the Hillside Project.
“Everything about Hillside is unrivalled, and this project will be ideal for those who seek the comforts of a resort lifestyle at home, and who appreciate the finer details of these houses both inside and out,” said Mansour.
“Hillside anchors itself in an area of premier cultural landmarks; you have Sydney Harbour to the West; Historical Vaucluse House and Watsons Bay to the North; and Sydney’s most revered natural landmark, Bondi Beach, just moments to the South.”
“We anticipate we will receive strong interest from high net worth Australians, particularly global business owners and esteemed executives; demographics of who have already expressed an early interest. Our sales process will be handled with the utmost discretion to accommodate these potential purchasers, with more information only available to those who have registered interest for this rare landmark offering.”
