Chestnut Park Real Estate has the assignment for the Trillium Resort & Spa on behalf of a private owner who has operated the hotel for several decades. The valuation for the 18-unit hotel is $528,000/room.
An owner’s residence is included in the sale. Marketing is targeting hospitality operators, investors and developers looking to expand the hotel. Over 100,000 sq ft of buildable space is available.
The 104-acre property is on the semiprivate Devine Lake and has over 6,000 feet of water frontage. Amenities include Falling Water Spa, a restaurant, an outdoor pool, a sauna, a fitness centre and tennis courts. The resort offers seasonal activities such as canoeing, kayaking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
