Located at 26A Atherton Road Oakleigh, 15kms from the Melbourne CBD, the property was sold at auction to a private investor by Crabtrees Real Estate.
The property comprises a retail shop with upstairs used as an office or residence on a 141,5 sqm site area.
Selling agent Trevor Hanna had expected the site would attract offers of more than $1 million.
“The property has a Business 1 zoning and sits in an area with a very tight ownership.
“The local Oakleigh district centre of Portman Street, the Mall and Atherton Road is a thriving area and the opportunity to secure freehold properties within the precinct is rarely available,” he concluded.
