ELLIS Air-Conditioning has paid $1.31 million for an office and warehouse facility at Dingley in Melbourne’s south-east, in deal negotiated by Savills Australia and Crabtrees Real Estate.
The vendor was the former occupier of the building.
Located at 3 Chestnut Drive, part of the Redwood Gardens strata estate – the property comprises a modern, 1,650 sqm building, including a 300 sqm office component, and includes on-site parking.
Savills’ industrial executive Daniel Kelly said Ellis had chosen the bayside location for its proximity to its current operation and suitability to its clients and staff, whilst offering additional space for business growth.
The company will move from its current home at Keysborough.
