Colliers has the assignment for 3445-3447 Highway 7 in Pickering on behalf of a consortium.
The 101-acre site includes 28 acres of development land on the northern portion. The valuation works out to nearly $542,000/usable acre.
The developable section falls within the Northeast Pickering Secondary Plan, offering potential for residential, employment or mixed-use projects. The southern portion of the site is designated Greenbelt land.
