Marketing materials note the property has quick access to trucking routes and a dedicated onsite rail line. It’s 5 km from the city’s airport. The campaign also highlights the property, on the banks of the Fraser River, has the potential for subdivision.
The newest structure on the property is a 13,500 sq ft maintenance shop built in 2021. There’s also a 5,000 sq ft office building and 3,600 sq ft helicopter hangar, both built in 1973.
