The fully serviced parcel at 6565 Industrial Way in Prince George is part of the BCR Industrial Park. The property includes three buildings totaling 22,000 sq ft. Colliers has the marketing assignment.
Marketing materials note the property has quick access to trucking routes and a dedicated onsite rail line. It’s 5 km from the city’s airport. The campaign also highlights the property, on the banks of the Fraser River, has the potential for subdivision.
The newest structure on the property is a 13,500 sq ft maintenance shop built in 2021. There’s also a 5,000 sq ft office building and 3,600 sq ft helicopter hangar, both built in 1973.
