The ASX Property Index fell 0.3% yesterday to close at 2129.6 points.
The market was also flat, the All Ordinaries closed 0.1% lower at 4959.4 points.
The winners yesterday were Rabinov Diversified Property Trust, Newhaven Hotels and Australian Hotel Fund.
The losers were Primelife, Cheviot Kirribily and Mariner Financial.
Primelife closed 17 cents or 13.6% lower at $1.08 after the company announced that its discussions with Babcock & Brown to establish a retirement and aged care property fund have not yield results.
Yesterday, Primelife and Babcock & Brown put the property fund plans on hold and said the fund is unlikely to be launched in this calendar year.
