Angus Johnston has been appointed as PwC’s UK leader of real estate.
Johnston has been with the firm since 1987, predominantly advising real estate businesses, having worked extensively with PwC’s major real estate fund and sovereign wealth fund clients.
Johnston is also a recognised investment management specialist focusing on product design for retail and institutional investors. He has led assignments on tax risk management and has significant experience in global compliance outsourcing.
Johnston said: “There are significant opportunities and choices for the real estate industry, as well as testing and complex issues, not least the ongoing developments in technology.
“I believe we can play an important and valuable role in helping our clients navigate this ever-changing environment especially as they adapt and grow to face the future.”
