QUEST Apartment Hotels has added another 328 rooms to its portfolio across Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.
The group has opened three new hotels opening at Quest Dandenong Central (VIC), Quest Macquarie Park (NSW) and Quest Fremantle (WA).
“We are delighted to have opened properties in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth this week and have great confidence in the success of each one of them,” Quest CEO Zed Sanjana.
“Introducing 328 new rooms to the Australian accommodation market is a milestone achievement, which caps off an outstanding year of growth for Quest Apartment Hotels, and we are greatly looking forward to rolling out a further seven new properties opening in the next couple of years,” he added.
Quest Dandenong Central is located at 2-10 Walker St. Developed by the Pellicano Group, it features 95 apartments.
Quest Macquarie Park is located at 71 Epping Rd and was developed by Goodman and features 111 apartments.
Finally Quest Fremantle, an $18 million development located at 8 Pakenham St as part of the development of Fremantle’s Kings Square was developed by Sirona Capital and comprises 122 apartments.
The seven new properties are in Midland and Innaloo (WA); Newcastle West (NSW); 478 St Kilda Rd and Traralgon (VIC); and Eight Mile Plains and Springfield (QLD).
